Haven Lagos operates this website and takes your privacy seriously. This policy explains what we collect when you browse, book, or contact us, and what we do with it.

- Booking details: your name, email, phone number, stay or reservation dates, party size, and any notes or requests you send us.
- Payment information: payments are handled by our payment provider. We receive confirmation that a payment succeeded and a reference, but we do not store your full card details.
- Reviews: the name and content you choose to submit if you leave a review.
- Usage data: basic technical information (such as device and pages visited) to keep the site working and secure.
How we use it
- To take and manage your bookings and send you confirmations and updates.
- To respond to your enquiries and provide the service you asked for.
- To publish reviews you submit, once approved.
- To keep the site secure and to meet our legal and accounting obligations.
We do not sell your personal information.
Sharing
We share information only with the providers that help us run Haven Lagos, for example our payment processor and email provider, and only as needed to deliver the service. We may disclose information where required by law.
Cookies
We use a small number of cookies that are necessary for the site and booking flow to function. We don't use them to build advertising profiles.
Retention & your rights
We keep booking records for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet legal and accounting requirements, then delete or anonymise them. You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to stop contacting you, by emailing havenbylustro@gmail.com.
